Shipping Information

The delivery of a product usually takes 1 to 2 working days, depending on the product group, availability and shipping method.

Have you ordered several products with different delivery times? Then the longest delivery time applies to the entire order. This is to avoid you incurring additional shipping costs. At your request, we can also send the items immediately as soon as they are available. We ask for your understanding that in this case shipping costs will be charged for each package. Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.

If no other period is specified in the respective offer, the goods will be delivered within 3 – 5 days in Germany and within 5 – 7 days for deliveries abroad after conclusion of the contract (if advance payment has been agreed, after the time of your payment instruction).
Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in a single shipment, unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.

If you collect the goods yourself, we will inform you by e-mail when the goods are ready and when you can collect them. In this case, no shipping costs will be charged.
