Warranty & Repair
As long as you have a warranty on a product, the manufacturer or importer guarantees that the product will continue to function properly under normal use. If a product breaks during the warranty period, we will first try to repair or replace it free of charge. If we are unable to do so within a reasonable period of time, we will refund (part of) the purchase price. Read here how you can offer your product for repair.
The warranty conditions set out your rights and obligations during and after the warranty period. No provision in the warranty conditions may restrict your statutory warranty. Legal warranty means that a product is or must do what the consumer can reasonably expect it to do.

Warranty Period
You can see on your proof of purchase or warranty card whether you still have a warranty on a product. Have you lost your proof of purchase or warranty card? You can request a copy of your proof of purchase at your local store by presenting your ID and bank statement. How long you are entitled to the warranty varies depending on the manufacturer and product. You can find the warranty period for your product on the product page.
What is not covered by the warranty?
GloriaForce will pass on to you the repair costs for products that have been damaged by an external accident or by normal wear and tear. Costs incurred due to incorrect use of a product will also always be charged to you.
