How long does delivery usually take?
The delivery of a product usually takes 1 to 2 working days, depending on the product group, availability and shipping method.
Have you ordered several products with different delivery times? Then the longest delivery time applies to the entire order. This is to avoid you incurring additional shipping costs. At your request, we can also send the items as soon as they are available. We ask for your understanding that in this case shipping costs will be charged for each package.
Will I be shown the shipping costs / delivery costs before I complete my order?
The shipping costs / delivery costs are always displayed in detail during the payment process. This means that you always know the shipping costs before you complete your order.
Is delivery possible throughout Germany?
You can of course have any item in your order delivered to any address in Germany. We will deliver your goods from Monday to Friday on your desired date (if available) to your billing address or a different delivery address specified by you.
What are the deadlines for returns and exchanges?
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.
You can also find out which deadlines you need to observe when returning or exchanging goods, as well as information on the return status of the goods.
Where can I check the status of my delivery?
Notification by e-mailIf your order is shipped as a package via DHL, you will receive a tracking link with the shipping confirmation. Unfortunately, a shipment of goods (e.g. letter, parcel) via DHL cannot be tracked. If you have not received the shipment after nine days, please contact us by e-mail [email protected] .
Will I receive an invoice for my order?
All our products are invoiced.
Is delivery to a Packstation possible?
We are also happy to deliver your parcel to one of the many nationwide Packstations. The Packstation allows you to receive your parcel around the clock.
Where can I check the status of my delivery?
